There are three multi-storied buildings in a sprawling tree-lined campus, with its rare diverse flora and fauna, decorated gardens, water bodies and a large playground. The idyllic and salubrious campus is an abode for happy learning and joyful living.

BGC has a built up an area of about 6153 sq. meters consisting of 3 blocks with 23 class rooms including three galleries, 8 laboratories, library, seminar hall, and office. All the class rooms are well furnished with good sitting capacity and green-board. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated with adequate lighting arrangements. The laboratories are well equipped with latest equipments needed for conducting the prescribed experiments. Some laboratories are air-conditioned and regular maintenance of the computers and other apparatus is undertaken. A vacant area of about 6 acres is ideally set for a standard football ground, gardens, lawn, parking-space and for various outdoor games. The college is known as much for its academic standing and leadership building as it is for social commitment. As the students’ enrolment at the college had undergone a phenomenal expansion during the last decade, the Governing Body has taken initiative for construction of another five-storied building in its campus. The campus is easily accessible by railways through Belgharia and Baranagar Road Stations, and by buses plying along Barrackpore Trunk Road. The bus terminus is 5 minutes walk from the southern gate of the college. The campus thus combines a quiet natural surrounding with easy accessibility.
